November 7, 2025 – The CEO Club Vietnam and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ho Chi Minh City (JCCH) co-hosted their annual networking dinner. The CEO Club led the event to connect business leaders from both countries.

The dinner welcomed key guests, including Madam Dang Minh Phuong, Chairwoman of the CEO Club, and Mr. Kume Kunihide, President of JCCH. Notably, their presence showed the strong commitment of both business communities. At the same time, it reflected a shared goal to expand cooperation and trade between Vietnam and Japan.

In her opening speech, Madam Dang Minh Phuong shared updated figures on bilateral cooperation. As of July 2025, Japan remained one of Vietnam’s top investors. Total valid FDI reached USD 79.4 billion across 5,608 projects.
Meanwhile, bilateral trade in the first seven months of 2025 reached USD 28.92 billion. This figure marked a near 10% year-on-year increase. Therefore, the data confirms the steady growth of the Vietnam–Japan partnership.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Kume expressed his appreciation for maintaining this meaningful networking tradition with the CEO Club. He reaffirmed JCCH’s mission to support Japanese enterprises in Vietnam and contribute to the country’s economic development. The central message of this year’s gathering, he noted, was to further deepen Vietnam–Japan relations and work together toward a sustainable future.

The dinner concluded in a warm and engaging atmosphere. Madam Dang Minh Phuong thanked all participants and encouraged members of both organizations to actively leverage networking opportunities to enhance strategic cooperation.

The event successfully created a warm, inspiring, and resounding atmosphere. Crucially, we believe this occasion has unlocked new prospects and established a solid foundation for fostering concrete business cooperation opportunities among the member enterprises of both sides.
The CEO Club is committed to continuing its facilitative role to ensure these potentials are realized promptly.
