On October 27th, 2025, the welcome event between the CEO Club and the US Ambassador, and the US Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City took place in a friendly and open atmosphere. This is an opportunity for the parties to strengthen cooperation, share experiences, and promote investment promotion activities, aiming to expand opportunities for the Vietnamese business community in the US market.
Distinguished guests from the U.S. Embassy and U.S. Consulate General attended the event, including Marc Knapper – U.S. Ambassador, U.S. Embassy; Melissa Brown – U.S. Consul General, U.S. Consulate General; Gregory Harris – Principal Commercial Officer, U.S. Consulate General; Talisa Woodroffe – Vice Consul, U.S. Consulate General; and Huynh Minh Triet – Senior Commercial & Investment Specialist, U.S. Consulate General.
From Vietnam, the event was joined by Dang Minh Phuong – Chairwoman, CEO Club, along with members representing leading Vietnamese enterprises such as MP Logistics, Vinh Hoan Corporation, and PPJ Group.
The event provided an opportunity for representatives from both sides to exchange information, share insights, and strengthen bilateral cooperation. At the same time, both parties expressed their gratitude and committed to supporting each other in expanding investments and accessing the market.
Beyond networking, the program also opened new avenues for collaboration in trade, logistics, and sustainable supply chain development, contributing to the strong and effective growth of Vietnam–U.S. economic relations.
In addition, the event highlighted the SelectUSA Program – a U.S. government initiative under the U.S. Department of Commerce, established to promote and facilitate foreign direct investment (FDI) into the United States from Vietnamese enterprises seeking to expand and develop their market presence.
